Option #2: Extended Package (36 Sessions):

Train Three Times a Week: Ideal for those who are all in on achieving their ultimate summer body. With 36 sessions, you’ll have more opportunities to work closely with your trainer and see remarkable transformations.

Add More Flavor with Nutrition!

Nutrition Add-On: $199/month for 3 months

Enhance your physical results with customized nutritional guidance. This add-on includes:

  • Tailored Meal Plans: Each month, you will receive two custom meal plans designed to perfectly complement your training and enhance your results.

  • Expert Nutrition Counseling: Four Zoom or Phone sessions per month with your nutrition coach, who will guide you through every step of your dietary transformation.

Got questions? I’ve got answers! Here are some of the most common inquiries about the Summer Slim Down Challenge to help you get ready to join us:

  • To get started, schedule a phone call with me through our website. Once we chat about y ur goals, get to know eachojter and make sure it’s a good fit, we’ll look at our calendars and see if our schedules match too. Then after you purchase your 24 or 36 session package, you’ll fill out a training and/or nutrition questionnaire to tailor the program specifically to your needs and I’ll block off all of your session on my calendar and send you email notifications that will allow you to add these sessions to your Gmail or outlook calendars. Easy peezy!

  • Wear comfortable athletic clothes and shoes, and bring water, a towel, and your enthusiasm!

  • No worries! If you give me at least 24 hours' notice, I can easily reschedule your session. Please note, sessions canceled within 24 hours may be counted as a no-show.

  • Yes, all levels are welcome! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, I customize your sessions to match your fitness level.

  • Absolutely! My nutrition plans are completely customizable. When you opt for the nutrition add-on, I ensure your meal plans accommodate any dietary restrictions you have.

  • You can look forward to increased strength, improved endurance and balance, and enhanced overall health. Plus, you’ll gain a supportive community that boosts your journey and your confidence!
