Nez provided a program that really helped improve my lifts. The first day just involved going over form, and seeing what lifts I was comfortable with. From there, each session was tailored for progressive improvement. I knew exactly what exercises I needed to do each week, and I had a goal of how much weight and how many reps I needed to accomplish. After a couple of months, we retested what I could lift, and I was seriously surprised at what Nez helped me achieve.
Friends that hadn't seen me in six months had really noticed a physical change too. Not bad for only showing up three days a week.

A problem I face --which I'm sure many others face-- is motivation. Trust me when I tell you that if you miss a session, Nez will hunt you down. Having that personal touch is really, really beneficial for motivating, keeping good form, and generally makes working out more fun.

Nez is a fantastic trainer! I have been training with her for over 6 months and have seen wonderful results. I had been taking boxing and kickboxing classes for over 2 years, but I was interested in trying weight training as well. Nez gave me the nudge I needed to get out of my comfort zone and try weight training in her 8 week program. Not only did I find out I loved weight training but I noticed the changes in my body over the past 6 months that I had not seen previously from pure cardio!
