My Boot Camp style Zoom class is a combination of strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. It will get your heart pumping, make you sweat, and challenge your muscles.

You won’t get bored! Classes will vary. Some may be more strength focused, using your body weight, dumbbells, or kettlebells. Other classes may be high-intensity interval training focused on functional movements with body weight, bands, or floor exercises.

You have 3 options. Option 1: Unlimited classes for $100 every 4 weeks. Option 2: $120 for a 10 class pack. Option 3: single class for $15. All price details are above. If you have any questions, contact Nez.

If you already have a Zoom account and purchased any of the options above, you’re all set. Nez will email you a Zoom Meeting link. Click that link 5 minutes before class time, and that’s it!

If you have any light dumbbells, kettlebells, or bands, that’s great! You can use those for class. If you do not have any equipment, no worries, you can get creative and use items in your house. Feel free to contact Nez to go over what you have and see if it will work. :)

Yes, well, kinda. They can do the workouts. However, in order for them to be a part of our private Zoom community group, receive the same VIP resources, and have unlimited communication with Nez, they’d need to purchase the 10 Class Package or Unlimited Classes to be an active member.

Great question! You’ll start with a quick 3-5min warm-up, then move into 2 to 3 circuits consisting of 2-4 strength or cardio exercises each. It will keep your muscles pumping, and your heart rate up! To finish, you’ll do a core drill and/or booty builder. If you have any health concerns, please get in touch with Nez in advance.

Yes! The MWF 9am slot is just a start. She’s open to adding more as the class grows. Send her an email with your requested day and time. If that slot gets asked for often, she’ll contact you and add it to the live schedule.
